What We Do
Three Services, One Standard
Each service is scoped to what the watch actually needs — nothing added for the sake of it, nothing skipped to save time.
Strap & Bracelet Refit
Sizing, link adjustment, and fitting of leather, rubber, or metal bands, with cleaning of clasp and spring bars. We assess worn bars and replace them as needed so the watch sits securely.

Dial & Hands Refinishing
Conservative refinishing of hands and minor dial cleaning to lift the look of an aged face without erasing its history. We work only where it improves legibility and stop short of altering original markings.

Complication Overhaul
A thorough service for calendar and moon-phase mechanisms that need precise alignment. We clean, lubricate, and recalibrate the indicators, then run a multi-day check before the watch is returned.

Assessment Before Work
Every watch is examined and assessed before any task is agreed. You receive a plain explanation of what needs attention and what does not.
Written Service Record
Complication overhauls come with a written record of adjustments made, giving you a clear reference for future servicing.
Coverage Period on Work
Mechanical work carries a defined coverage period. If something does not hold, we look at it again without a new charge for the same issue.
Conservative Approach
Dial work stops short of altering original markings. Strap work replaces only what needs replacing. We are not in the habit of doing more than asked.
Multi-Day Verification
Overhauled movements run in-house for several days before collection. A watch that has just been serviced often needs settling time to confirm its rate.
Phuket Old Town Workshop
We work from a fixed address on Thanon Thalang. You can drop in, discuss what you have, and collect your watch in person.
